We are seeking a creative thinker with a passion for Web Motion Animation & Front-End Development to join a team of talented professionals in shaping the future of web design. As Front-end Developer, you will collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement engaging user interfaces and interactive elements for our websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in front-end development technologies and demonstrate proficiency in creating fluid animations and transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialized in different types of animation tools/libraries: GSAP.js, Lottie JSON, SVG animation, Custom code animations (JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals with strong understanding of the DOM and browser APIs.
• Knowledge of latest CSS conventions, and experience with preprocessors, such as Sass or Less.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, bringing a creative touch and out-of-the-box thinking to our projects.
• Optimize animations for performance and compatibility across various browsers and devices.

Minimum Technical Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a portfolio showcasing animation projects.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Minimum Non-Technical Requirements:

• A portfolio of completed work is required for this position.
• English speaker with very good reading and writing skills.
• Work with US based technical leadership (architects, project managers).
• Ability to work on multiple projects and clients.
• Ability to provide consistent updates for clients.
• Ability to work independently with some direction.
• Willing to ask questions and speak up with new ideas.
• Available during odd hours when required to meet project deadlines or resolve urgent issues.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Bonus:

• Experience in developing responsive websites using WordPress.
