• Develop and execute content calendars tailored to clients' goals and target audiences.
• Create and schedule engaging content across diverse platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand content.
• Foster relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand loyalty and reach.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
• Regularly communicate with clients to update them on social media activities, performance metrics, and campaign progress.
• Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor social media analytics to track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
• Prepare reports detailing key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
• Run successful ad campaigns on Facebook & Google Ad Platforms
