Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of platforms, including print, digital media, and advertising campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to produce designs that align with brand identity and business objectives.

• Design a wide range of materials, including brochures, banners, posters, packaging, social media graphics, and website content.
• Develop creative concepts and bring them to life through various design tools and software.
• Ensure that all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality design files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Provide design support for presentations, reports, and other internal communications.
• Stay informed about design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other industry-standard design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of print production processes and digital media requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a related role or industry.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software.
• Experience with design prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
