Hybrid is an international, high-growth creative media agency known for its design, data, and storytelling expertise. We create compelling media for higher education and technology brands. With a recent investment of £13m from one of the UK's largest bank's private equity arm, we are on an exciting growth trajectory. Our offices are located across Bristol, Sydney, Philadelphia, Kathmandu, and Kuala Lumpur, housing a diverse set of specialists. Our team, small but impactful, has collaborated with prestigious clients such as Autodesk, Columbia University, and the University of Bristol. We are on the lookout for a talented creative individual to join our forward-facing, full-service media, and creative ad agency.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will become an integral part of the wider Marketing team, tasked with developing and implementing creative concepts for a multitude of current and prospective clients. Your role will include full campaign approaches to market concepts concepts, UI design, social media content, and projects with a distinct focus on digital channels. You will shape creative thinking, and collaborate effectively with an award-winning team across our international offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the development and presentation of creative concepts.
• Design in various formats for all forms of digital media.
• Engage in strategic thinking to deliver creative aligned with our strategic priorities.
• Collaborate effectively within the creative team and across departments.
• Push the status quo with a wealth of ideas that lead to exciting, bold creative beyond the expected.

Requirements:

• A creative problem solver passionate about producing strategically-led, beautiful work.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite with adept design skills.
• 3-4 years of experience working within an agency preferred.
• Exceptional copywriting and confident presentation skills.
• Experienced in producing assets for digital rollout.
• Degree level qualification in design or a relevant specialism preferred.
