  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 Years of experience as a Preschool Teacher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
  • Patience and the ability to create a nurturing and supportive environment for young children.
  • Skills in managing classroom dynamics, handling behavioral issues, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Creativity in designing engaging and developmentally appropriate learning activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other educators, support staff, and administrators to achieve educational goals.
  • Familiarity with local and national regulations and guidelines related to early childhood education and childcare.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on the latest trends and research in early childhood education.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for young children.
  • Observe and assess each child's progress, identifying individual strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Establish effective communication channels with parents or guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, activities, and upcoming events.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including licensing requirements and health and safety standards.
