Job Description

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for young children.
  • Observe and assess each child's progress, identifying individual strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Establish effective communication channels with parents or guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, activities, and upcoming events.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including licensing requirements and health and safety standards.
