Job Title: Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement digital marketing strategies and optimize our online presence to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase our online visibility. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

· Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.

· Manage and monitor organic search engine performance and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

· Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to support overall marketing objectives.

· Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

· Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with our audience.

· Monitor and analyze competitors' digital marketing efforts to stay ahead in the industry.

· Utilize data analytics tools to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

· Collaborate with the content team to ensure all digital marketing efforts align with brand messaging and maintain brand consistency.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills:

· Proven experience as a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist or in a similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of SEO, search engine algorithms, and best practices.

· Proficiency with SEO and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and more.

· Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.

· Strong content marketing skills, including creating and optimizing website content for SEO.

· Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.

· Proficient in email marketing, including list management and campaign execution.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly convey marketing strategies and results.

· Creativity and a keen eye for design and user experience, with the ability to suggest website and content improvements.

· Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in digital marketing and SEO with a track record of successful campaigns.

· Google Analytics and Google Ads certification is a plus.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating past work and results.

· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
