Job Description

  • Support the Children Program Manager in the design, development and evaluation of the PBL project under the Children Program.
  • Support and coordinate with all project staff and interns under the Children Program for their continuous development and evaluation.
  • Lead and ensure all proposed project activities under the Children Program’s PBL Classes are implemented in a timely manner within the stated budget among targeted no of beneficiaries to meet the yearly program objectives.
  • Ensure documentation and organisation of all beneficiaries, and key materials and resources required to develop, implement and evaluate the PBL Classes.
  • Prepare project reports (internal, external), donor reports and communication materials with the support of program staff for program sustainability.
  • Communicate with the Program Manager on a monthly basis for effective budget planning, and to submit the PBL project’s Yearly Budget Plan by mid-May of the following year for the next fiscal year.
  • Support in implementing fundraising strategies for organisational sustainability through development of project and community events.
  • Establish networks and develop collaboration with educational and learning communities to increase potential beneficiaries’ access to the Children Program and to increase its quality and growth, and visibility to external stakeholders.
