Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Specialist role at Auto-Electro Mech Pvt Ltd ( AEMPL ) located in Bagdole-4, lalitpur and working directly under the supervision of Ammann India, and reporting to the Country Sales Head of Ammann India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. The Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales team of AEMPL to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in sales of construction equipment, plants, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Knowledge of Asphalting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with sales experience is preferred.
  • Willing to travel extensively inside Nepal
