We are seeking a Media Planning Manager to join our team. As a media planner, you will identify which media platforms will best advertise your client’s brand or product. You will work with the aim of maximising the impact of advertising campaigns. By combining creative thinking with factual analysis you will develop appropriate strategies to ensure that campaigns reach the target audiences effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with the client to understand their media objectives
• Liaise with the creative team, clients and consumers to develop media plans and campaigns
• Make decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns
• Research and analyze data using specialist industry resources
• Identify Target Audiences
• Continually evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns

Qualifications:

• Strong management skills with the ability to work in team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency in office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with the Nepali market, culture and consumer behavior is preferred.

Ability to present recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative parameters and excellent presentation skills is very important for this role.
