Job Description

  • Support in managing employee records and contracts.
  • Assist in payroll management and its implementation.
  • Coordinate and provide support in HR related duties such as audits, recruitment and induction.
  • Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support in onboarding staff members in administration and HR procedures, as well as in the exit process.

Academic Qualification and other Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business Administration
  • Demonstrated work experience of at least 2-3 years
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information tactfully and communicate effectively.
  • Should have a Nepali Citizenship
