Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee morale.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops on various HR-related topics.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance improvement.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain HRMS and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
