  • Four-wheeler driver with at least 2 years of professional driving experience with a valid driving license.

Job Description

  • Patient Transport Safely transport patients within the hospital, between departments, or to and from appointments, adhering to their specific needs and medical requirements.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect the vehicle for any maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate personnel. Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Follow all hospital, government of Nepal’s Road Transport Safety Rules and guidelines related to patient transportation, including proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to patients, their families, and hospital staff. Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including routes, schedules, and any incidents or accidents.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations and follow established protocols for patient transport during crisis situations.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with supervisors, other drivers, and hospital staff to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns promptly.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the hospital's transportation requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new transportation techniques, safety procedures, and any changes in hospital policies or procedures.
