Job Description

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty in all projects.
  • Assisting clients with the property after-sales.
  • Building , maintaining and enhancing relationship with existing and new clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide personalized solutions and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolutions of issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications with clients to review progress and address any issues.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to clients as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
