Job Description

Within this, the key duties and responsibilities for this position are:

Booking and Reservation

  • Coordinate arrival and departure of all guests.
  • Monitor all guest related activities
  • Work closely with the Sales team on various bookings, rate confirmation and packages.
  • Keep track of all reservations and update all details in PMS as well as calendar
  • Check OTA performances. Suggest and develop seasonal packages with the Sales Team.
  • Maintain all guest related documentations

Customer Satisfaction

  • Handle any guest complaints or contentious issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain Personalized Guest Relations
  • Check all online reviews and respond accordingly

Financial Performance

  • Prepare monthly and daily revenue report
  • Prepare Room revenue and occupancy forecast
  • Prepare Budget for upcoming Year / Month

Leadership

  • Manage and motivate the FO team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers.
  • Ensure grooming and hygiene standard of the FO personnel
  • Provide Trainings to Employees
  • Recruitment of new team members for front office.

General

  • Showing Initiative, Problem Solving, Staff Training, Team Leading.
  • Have a good knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures of front office.
  • Attend seminars and travel fares on behalf of the organization.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
