Job Description

  • Listen to customers' requirements and present them appropriately to facilitate a sale.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current customers through in-person interactions, as well as via telephone calls and emails.
  • Initiate cold calls to schedule meetings with prospective clients, aiming to explore new business opportunities.
  • Address incoming email and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and its current and potential markets.
  • Collect market and customer data.
  • Gain insights into the requirements of your business clients.
  • Deliver product or service presentations in a favorable and structured manner during face-to-face interactions.
  • Craft comprehensive proposal documents, frequently in response to formal bidding processes, tailored to the specific requirements outlined by the potential customer.
