Job Description

  • Production controlling: Ensuring that production processes are effectively planned, executed, and monitored to meet production goals and deliver high-quality products in a timely manner.
  • Machine Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections, servicing, and repairs of production machinery, equipment, and systems to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance schedules, to track equipment performance, identify trends, and facilitate future maintenance.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during maintenance activities, identifying potential hazards, and implementing appropriate safety measures to protect employees and equipment.
  • Spare Parts Management: Monitoring inventory levels of spare parts and equipment components, identifying needs, and coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary items.
  • Inventory Management: Inventory planning, monitoring inventory levels, movement, and stock accuracy. Stock Replenishment, Local Purchases, Vendor sourcing, Dispatch Management.
