Job Purpose: This position is responsible for the proper calling of the database & conversion of leads into sales.

1. Achievement of Target

• Achieve monthly ISP connection & DTH recharge
• Receivable collection within 3 days
• Collection of Testimonials (50% of connections)

2. Telephonic Call Management

• Daily Database Calling (Minimum 100 calls per day & Minimum 80% activation)

3. Personal Attribute

• Proper Dress-Up
• Punctuality
• Soft Calling Skills (Greetings, Needs Assessment, Product Presentation & Closing Skills)
• Adequate Knowledge of Own Product & Competitive Product

4. KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

• Achievement of Monthly Targets
• Cancellation of Activation should be less than 5%
• Conversion from Booking to Activation should be a minimum of 80%
