Job Description

Due to Company growth, we are we are actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist to join our Talent team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Asst. TA/HR Specialist will also be responsible for the following Talent Acquisition Services:

  • Utilizing candidate networks to successfully identify and qualify exceptional candidates for internal requisitions. 
  • Format resumes in preparation of client submittals for candidates/new hires.
  • Manage job requisitions and templates for our Applicant Tracking System while ensuring compliance regulations are met.
  • Continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates to drive talent.
  • Work closely with other functions within HR and Logistics to ensure a smooth onboarding & Offboarding process.

Asst. TA/HR Specialist will also be responsible for the following Human Resources Services:

  • Ensure new hires have completed benefits enrollment, ensure accuracy of deduction set up in HRIS (including PPTO)
  • Support the HR Department with Open Enrollment
  • Provide daily support to employees related to HR policies, procedures and programs, manage/monitor HR Ticketing System (assign to other HR Team members as needed)
  • Updating Employee Records in Unanet and HRIS
  • Process Spot Awards
  • Assist with completion of the performance review program
  • Lead and oversee the performance review and goal setting process
  • Manage the Buddy Program
  • Drive and Manage the Merit Increase process
  • Lead and oversee the performance review program
  • Lead and oversee CSR activities
