Job Description

The Social Media Manager will oversee the company's interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. The role involves creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The manager will also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets. Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content.
  • Administer All Company Social Media Accounts: Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
  • Engage with Audience: Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Measure the Success of Every Social Media Campaign: Use analytical tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Latest Social Media Best Practices and Technologies: Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and attend educational conferences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
