  • 1+ years of experience in Organization development and Sales (Service sales, Media, IT or IT enabled Service preferred)
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in sales and marketing management
  • Must possess two-wheeler and driving license
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding
  • Computer literate and sound knowledge in Microsoft applications
  • Goal-getter, extrovert, energetic, self-initiative, ambitious
  • Good command on English and Nepali language
  • Willing to learns and capable to work with team spirit with a demanding workload
  • Pro-active, hands-on, interpersonal and communicating skill
  • Smart, presentable personality

Job Description

  • Maintain client relation and enhance client acquisition for the company
  • Ensure target setting and achieve the pre-defined sales target
  • Schedule daily visit to the client and strictly follow daily report
  • Conduct cold outbound call and schedule appointment with the clients and keep track record of client follow-up
  • Define industry and collect client information of the industry
  • Review market gain and review targets and ensure target are met
  • Plan, develop and execute marketing activities and conduct various sales campaigns
  • Create overall Sales report Daily, Weekly, Monthly, quarterly, semiannually, and annually
