Ishan Children and Women's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our team. As a mid-level Radiographer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in helping us accurately diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
• Preparing patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety
• Operating and maintaining imaging equipment, including making adjustments and troubleshooting issues
• Capturing and analyzing images to ensure they meet quality standards and provide accurate information for diagnosis
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate imaging techniques and protocols for each patient
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed
• Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring the safety of patients and staff during procedures
• Staying up-to-date with advancements in imaging technology and techniques, and implementing them in daily practice
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• PCL degree in Radiography or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality images 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
