Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver documents, packages, and other materials to various departments and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of sensitive and confidential information.
• Assist in sorting, organizing, and distributing incoming mail and packages.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups.
• Run errands such as banking transactions, purchasing office supplies, and other tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and document flow.
• Assist in general office tasks and provide support to administrative staff when needed.
• Follow all safety and security procedures to safeguard company assets during deliveries.
