• Shall act as a bridge between the Alumni Association and the academic institution.
• Shall organize and coordinate activities and events aimed at maximizing alumni interest in coordination with the academic institution & Alumni Association.
• Shall work in liaison with the Alumni Association and the academic institution to assure coordination and development of various Alumni Relations Programs.
• Develop long and short-range plans and goals of the Alumni Association to increase alumni network and engagement. 
• Must Promote and foster programs to build an effective Alumni Network.
• Shall Develop and maintain an Alumni Database, Website, Alumni Network, and an online Alumni Community
• Must Develop, design and arrange promotional materials for activities, functions and services of Alumni Association for website, social media and any other platforms, as required.
• Overseas communication functions for Alumni Association.
• Keep abreast of current college news and events. Plans, coordinates and schedules all logistical details and makes necessary arrangements for alumni programs and/or services.
• Perform necessary administrative functions such as record keeping, reports, correspondence, program budget oversight and contractual arrangements.
• Maintain records and conducts internal audit of all financial accounts within the Alumni Association.
• Evaluate and monitor effectiveness of programs/services and identifies problems and recommends improvements.
• Seek to develop and establish new alumni chapters, regional centers and/or programs and services.
