• Provide first level help-desk support ensuring a high-level technical service for desktop, laptops, printers
• Assist with hardware and software installations and maintenance
• Apply a continuous improvement approach to enhance IT asset management strategies, and to optimally track IT assets throughout their lifecycle
• Monitor and resolve support incidents as they are logged in the IT support systems
• Assist in the enrolment of new staff including configuration of PCs and Laptop
• Setup, troubleshoot and monitoring of CCTV, Access control
• Working knowledge of Networking (LAN, WAN & WLAN) topology and protocols
• Responsible for monitoring internet links including timely communication with ISP for resolution
• Responsible for monitoring all network equipment including health checks
• Ensure system security and integrity, especially in relation to user access rights
• Provide assistance with testing new equipment and systems
• Prepare reports on the operation of systems and services
• Perform strategic management of the IT assets (hardware, software, licenses)
• Works with hardware vendors to resolve equipment failures/problems
• Adhere to and promote IT procedures and policies
• Two wheeler and driving license preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification 

• Bachelors in IT Field
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant
• Excellent communication skills for interdepartment communication
