• Supervise Cross Border supply chain from Sellers overseas to Customers 
• Coordinate local teams involved in Cross Border for order processing and backlogs clearance
• Plan and anticipate resources to maintain efficient on-ground activity and accommodate high volumes (especially during campaigns)
• Lead preparation, analysis, and debrief of Cross Border reports and lead performance review meetings
• Ensure SOP compliance on Cross Border operations
• Initiate projects and find new logistics partners to improve Cross Border performance (Success Rate, Lead-time, Productivity, Losses, and backlogs)
• Prepare daily weekly operation reports
• Oversee floor operations and lead the team to achieve daily/weekly targets
• Coordinate with cross departments to ensure on-time good handover and reconciliation
• Shift planning and allocating resources to meet expected daily output
• Work with partners and relevant counterparts to control delays that may occur during the logistic fulfillment process
• Drive root cause analysis and reporting on operational and regulatory compliance-related issues
• Lead initiatives to ensure regulatorily and SOP compliance for cross-border operation
• Drive change through the creation of frameworks to deliver business transformation geared towards sustainability of the cross-border business

Requirements

• Preferred experience of 2-3 Years in International Trade Operations/logistics/Supply chain or e-commerce 
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Strong interpersonal, research, and analytic skills 
• Good knowledge of Excel is a must
• Ambitious and always strives to provide the best experience

• Know how to manage priorities and work with short times
