Experience and Qualification:

  • Post graduate or Bachelor in Human Resources or related field 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experiences in manufacturing companies with factory exposure
  • Strong knowledge of corporate policies and Nepal Labor Law
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to details 
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner

Job Description

HR Officer is responsible for all HR Administrative tasks including preparing contracts, managing the recruitment process, filing & documentations and assisting in processing the payroll for smooth operation of HR functions. The Human Resource Officer is also responsible for providing support to Human Resource Department in implementing HR policies & Procedures and carrying out day to day HR operations activities.

  • Manage recruitment of staff, including the placement of advertisements, screening of resumes, contacting candidates, coordination of interviews, reference checking, etc.
  • Prepare JDs and KPIs under guidance of HR Manager
  • Responsible for HR objectives, policies are implemented in accordance with the organization’s vision, mission and strategies as well as local labour law
  • To ensure 100% compliance to all the Statutes applicable to Factory and also with all work norms and work practices
  • Coordinate with HR Manager for staff appointment, termination, changes in terms and conditions of employment 
  • Manage the leave recording system and ensure that it is running smoothly
  • Assist HR Manager in processing payroll when required
  • Manage the timesheet review them and ensure that timesheets are properly filled
  • Performance management of all the Factory Employees
  • Maintain and update proper records related to staff, contracts, consultants 
  • Organize exit interviews as applicable and carry out necessary exit procedures for staffs
  • Deal with queries from staff regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Conduct Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward accordingly
  • Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit
  • Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
