We are looking for a creative mind in job title of Graphic designing Associate. The candidate should be able to interpret the needs and to create eye catching and effective designs. He or she will be responsible for generating graphic and media (Pictures, logos, Illustrations, GIF, Banners, Newsletters, forms, Newspaper advertisements etc.) essentials by using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Coral draw, etc. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials in liaison with concern department
  
• Plan for creative concept by studying information and materials
  
• Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art, size, and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  
• Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval through right channel
  
• Prepare designs as per requirements in coordination with concerned departments
  
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive and creative design
  
• Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
  
• Produce creative visual solution for web and print such as designing logo, Graphics, page, advertisements and videos etc. of various requirements
  
• Work in liaison with sales, Software engineering, human resources, support & service department to create necessary designs and ensure smooth operation
  
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops and also participate in various campaigns of the company and implement company’s vision towards creative outcome
  
• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc
