We are CASA DEYRA, home rental Management Company, based in Kathmandu. We welcome valued guests from all around the world for short, mid and long term stays. We are currently managing over 50 accommodations consisting of 1BR, 2BR and 3BR units.

Aesthetically designed inclusive of complete amenities and facilities, we assure that our accommodations will make guest feel “Home away from Home”. Our apartments comprises of well-equipped kitchen/kitchenette, proper water supply, power back-up, laundry service, 24 hour security and housekeeping facilities as per the requirements of our guests.

  • Experience in customer service position, hotel experience will be an added advantage

Job Description

  • Check guest in and out accurately, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled and accurate information is established
  • Provide hotel information and concierge services
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete all front desk guest transactions
  • Promote and sell special hotel programs
  • Assist the team with necessary information
  • Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and hotel policies
  • Communicate all pertinent information to the team
  • Advise housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning.
  • Follow set procedures on posting, charges and refunds
