Job Overview:

Due to Company growth, we are we are actively seeking an enthusiastic Communication Specialist to manage our external and internal communications and join our Marketing team in Nepal. This role will functionally report to the company’s Senior Director of Business Administration in the U.S. and will work closely with members of the company’s Executive Leadership Team and senior leaders.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Communication Specialist Services include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and lead the implementation of effective corporate communication strategies
• Manage internal communication channels including email, Intranet, newsletters, and company “All-Hands” meetings
• Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership Create content for company “All-Hands” meetings, onboarding presentations and run the presentation
• Manage external communications channels including Website, social media platforms, and emails
• Draft content for mass media & company website
• Organize initiatives and plan events for creating social media content.
• Daily external media monitoring and response as needed. Perform “damage control” in cases of bad publicity
• Maintain firm’s social media presence, including posts, blogs, webinars, K&A team events, and community events
• Manage K&A’s brand
• Develop and manage change management plans
