Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and define and map current processes in order to create "to be" business processes for the client based on industry best practices.
• Implement solution design by working closely with both the client and the technical team.
• Own the entire requirements management process such as documentation, elicitation, elaboration, walkthroughs, communication, and sign-offs.
• Act as the liaison between the client and the system implementation team in troubleshooting product/system issues as they apply to the client's business.
• Providing both product/system knowledge and insight on the client's business processes and solution design as and when required.
• Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert resource to the team.
• Helping to develop and improve the internal processes as a whole and contributing to achieving organizational objectives.
• Effectively communicate between developers and testers to maximize collaboration. 

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working as a Business Analyst covering core BA activities.
• Familiarity of BABOK
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good command of English.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive skills.
• In-depth understanding of phases in the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Working Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
• Capable of understanding languages, networks, databases, and other technologies would be an added advantage.
• Proficient at documentation like SRS, FRD, scope document, UML diagrams, etc.
