Job Description

Yuganta School is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Assistant Administrator with strong IT skills and proficiency in English to join our team. The Assistant Administrator will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of the school, as well as in areas related to information technology and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school's IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Provide technical support to staff and students on IT-related issues.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure use of technology resources.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of databases, spreadsheets, and other digital records.
  • Support the administration in organizing events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Handle correspondence and communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to IT and administration.
