Job Description

  • Maintain close contact with client and help them to prepare mini site and sometime visit clients as and when needed
  • Content writing for businesses and motivate businesses to use Mini site independently by delivering proper information
  • Create brand awareness and help individuals to use Bhetincha.com site and create awareness to use the search platform
  • Coordinate with sales and account department to ensure client satisfaction and maintain client touch point
  • Help customer to update profile and maintain long term relationship with client
  • Formulate customer retention strategy and implement those strategy to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare thanking letter, benefit report to the clients in periodic basis
  • Plan for increasing customer usage and suggest for improvement in daily operation
  • Prepare daily report and submit to immediate supervisor
