- Reach out to Agencies to gather files in bulk and get in touch with students through agents.
- Conduct individual counseling sessions with students to discuss academic, personal, and career goals
- Guide course selection, academic planning, and extracurricular activities.
- Assist students in understanding their strengths, weaknesses, and interests to make informed decisions about their education.
- Administer career assessments and interpret the results to help students explore potential career paths.
- Offer guidance on job market trends, industry demands, and educational requirements for different career options.
- Assist students in developing resumes, cover letters, and job search strategies.
- Be attentive to customer needs and assist.
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources
- Coordinate with marketing teams for effective promotional campaigns.
- Meet or exceed set sales targets.
- Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and deal with demands coming from various directions.
- Field visit, if required, and file collection from the agency.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including students and educational institutions.
