Job Description

Skywalk Nepal, a venture of Wonders Nepal Pvt. Ltd., is an ultra-modern new state of the art structure situated at Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Newly built structure is one of the must see landmark of our country and further expanding its services with adding more adventurous features in that landmark targeting domestic visitors as well as tourists arriving this beautiful country. In order to expand our business further, we are exploring more great minds to be part of this innovative project as below.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Head with a strong background in service industry to drive our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the business growth initiatives through identifying, developing, and managing relationships with retail/corporate client and tourists based agencies. This role requires a keen understanding of establishing B2B, B2C business relation and promoting the business through various digital channels across the country. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's business.
  • Social media handling and monitoring the digital promotion of the company
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to various corporate clients, showcasing the project.
  • Prepare the annual event plan of the company with detailing the activities
  • Relationship, Acquisition and Partnership Building: Identify and acquire with potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders. 
  • Collaboration with Technology Teams: Work closely with the technology team to implement innovative solutions, ensuring seamless integration of technological advancements with various related service provider and payment gateway/wallet company.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.
  • Achieving Revenue Targets: Set and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and progress towards targets
  • Establishing better relationship: Focus to build good relationship with various industry related agencies such as NTB, NATA, PATA, HAN & similar other bodies related to travel & tourism business of the country.
