Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely on a daily basis with a team comprising Software Developers, Architects, and Tech Leads to develop and maintain applications.
• Engage directly with business clients to comprehend requirements and translate them into application features.
• Develop applications based on workflow frameworks.
• Oversee application deployment across various environments in collaboration with the development and release teams.
• Conduct both functional and non-functional testing procedures.
• Generate comprehensive technical documentation to accurately depict application design and code.
• Demonstrate initiative by addressing tasks proactively without explicit direction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for enhancing both technical and non-technical skill sets.

Skill Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in an Object-Oriented or Functional Programming language (e.g., JavaScript).
• Demonstrated experience in software development, particularly focusing on the .Net stack.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing workflows, forms, and solutions.
• Competence in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, SQL Server, and the .NET framework.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle problems independently or within a team setting.
• Capability to manage tasks autonomously with minimal supervision and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Proficient communication skills and adeptness in client interaction.
• Eagerness to explore and adopt new tools and technologies.
• Domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Industries is advantageous.
