As a Salesperson in the Optical Department at Tilganga City Eye Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting eyewear solutions to enhance our clients' vision and style. 

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting eyewear products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Actively engage in sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Provide post-sale support, including adjustments, repairs, and replacements, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and updating customer databases.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Atleast 3-4 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the optical industry.
• Strong knowledge of eyewear products, including lenses, frames, and coatings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of selection of frames and lenses.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Basic understanding of eye health and vision care is desirable.
