Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including management, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Monitor website performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

Business Development & Growth:

• Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

Data Analysis & Optimization:
