• Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Evaluate institutional buyers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc
• Co-ordinate with factory manager regarding required stock and quality
• Assist in other office management functions like administration and accounting if necessary
• Monitor and control delivery of goods to customers
