Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing administrative support to various departments, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and employees.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage incoming calls, route them to the relevant individuals, take messages, and provide general information about the organization.
  • Coordinates bookings and setting up of meeting rooms.
  • Maintain a Reception Handbook with procedures to aid and support staff covering Reception duties, when required. 
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
  • Organizes and files company documents.
  • Ordering and managing inventory of office supplies, kitchen food items, and facilities supplies.
  • Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
  • Acting as point person for any issues pertaining to technology equipment and office space.
  • Provides support for the teams when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
