Job Description

Eligibility:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor in civil engineering or equivalent with 5 years’ work experience.
  • Experience in infrastructure/WASH related projects.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in field operations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Two-wheeler driving license.

Required Knowledge and Skills.

  • Plan the task breakdown, project implementation time, cost of resources in coordination with the Line Manager.
  • Implement construction work as per the design and estimation with quality assurance.
  • Monitor and Supervise WASH activities at site to ensure the project activities are as per project plan.
  • Support Field team for Conduction Behavioral Change & Communication related trainings in Schools and communities.
  • Conduct meetings with water user committee and stakeholders as required
  • Track the logistic cycle and ensure the proper reporting and documentations
  • Prepare and compile reports related to project activities daily, weekly, and monthly to the line
  • manager and prepare work schedule for reporting, implementation and work completion in time.
