The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills in both Nepali and English, with the ability to create engaging content across various platforms. In addition to content creation, the candidate will be responsible for managing the social media presence, implementing effective strategies, and running targeted ads to maximize reach and engagement for our clients.

• Devising and assessing social media content and strategies.
• Generating and refining social media content to boost Katha Nepal's online visibility.
• Develop high-quality written content in both Nepali and English for social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Craft compelling copies that resonate with their target audience.
• Manage and maintain our clients' social media pages.
• Develop and implement strategic social media plans to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Plan and execute social media and Google ad campaigns to reach target demographics and achieve marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media metrics and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and deliver actionable insights.
• Stay updated about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content writing and social media marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a content writer and social media manager, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
• Excellent writing skills in Nepali and English, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of social media analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
