Job Description

CoPenned is recruiting for the entry-level position of "Client Manager Level I". The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, quick learner, comfortable in working in a team while overseeing the routine tasks and achieving the set milestones in the specific time frame.

About the Company

We are an organization that has created a formidable team of forty plus members. Our core area of expertise lies in data analytics and custom engineering design and documentation to tailor the need of our international customers. Our office is located in Kanibahal, Lalitpur.

Responsibilities:

  •  Achieve set sales goals by adopting a performance-driven strategy under the leadership of the concerned department head.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Understand the business needs and work in unison with other team members to meet revenue goals and drive company expansion.
  • Updating oneself routinely on new solutions offered by the company with the intention to present the solutions to the potential client effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Communicate with the client on a daily basis and handle the client process from the prospect stage to final work delivery.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with strong and confident oral and written English communication skills.
  • Freshers may apply. However, experience of working in front desk, sales or educational consultancies would be a plus point.
  • Ability to lead a team with potential leadership skills when required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other Office Software Systems.

Requirement: 

You are required to:

  • have a Bachelors' degree (any discipline),
  • bring your own laptop,
  • work in a fixed schedule from 7AM-3PM, Sunday to Friday,
  • have fluent spoken and written English, and
  • have a zeal to build and develop your career in sales/ international sales.
