Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Account/Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a combination of office tasks and basic accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administrative duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
  • Process and record all incoming and outgoing bank transactions accurately.
  • Support the accounting department by entering financial data into the system.
  • Provide support to management and other staff members as required.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory for this position.
