• Overseeing daily activities on the construction site, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure that work progresses smoothly and according to schedule.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure that work meets project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Conducting inspections and tests as needed to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Monitoring progress on the construction site and reporting on key milestones, timelines, and budget expenditures.
• Coordinating the delivery, storage, and use of materials on the construction site, ensuring that they are handled properly and used efficiently to minimize waste and avoid delays.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, material logs, and change orders.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of project activities.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing excellent service, addressing their concerns promptly, and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the construction process.
• Supervising contracted staff.
