Job Description

  • Directly supervises sales personnel and ensures proper completion of all sales duties
  • Implement and Execute SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for all activities related to Sales with results
  • Maintain a clear understanding of hotel policies and ensure compliance.
  • Carry out research and analysis to identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Analyzes current client base or target market for the hotel.
  • Devises new ways to expand client data base.
  • Develops promotional and advertising materials for the hotel.
  • Responsible for corporate, travel agent room sales and banquet sales for the hotel.
  • Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies and set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
  • Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
  • Able to provide quick and timely responses to clients and develop professional long term business relationships.
  • Provide highest quality of service to the customer at all times. 
  • Support hotels service, relationship strategy and drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence to each customer experience.
  • Attend all department meetings, hotel meetings and sales events as necessary.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients to enable future bookings. 
  • Prepare sales report in order to review the position of the business flow.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration. Preference shall be given to Master’s completed.
  • At least 8-10 years’ work experience in a related field.
  • Good communication skills and networking skills. 
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.
  • Knowledge of local market and industry.
  • Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
