Job Title: Rockstar Appointment Setter Virtual Assistant

About the Job: 

We are looking for a Rockstar Appointment Setter who can work with us to search and find potential clients and reach out to them on our behalf. We have a proven system that works in getting new clients and we will fully train you to be able to do the job. As our appointment setter, you will be responsible for the following tasks: 

• Searching for Prospects on different platforms 
• Collecting all of their information 
• Sending them outreach messages through email/Upwork/fverr/Instagram 
• Engaging on our Instagram daily to attract clients 
• Sending loom video audits to prospects 
• Other related administrative tasks 
• Getting potential clients to book a call with us 
• Attend daily team call.

Requirements: 

As the title says, we are looking for a “Rockstar Virtual Assistant” and this doesn’t mean anybody. The requirements for this job are as follows: 

• Good writer and speaker: Grammar, Punctuation, Messaging, Copywriting. 
• Self motivated, charismatic, positive and amazing personality. 
• Analytical and must track their numbers. 
• Willing to learn any new skill that is required for the job, and to do any task that is needed of them 
• Willing to read books as a part of the training.
• Able to reply fast, meet deadlines and take responsibility. 
• Patient - someone who’s patient with the process as well as with clients.
• Someone who wants to make money and grow as a team.
