Job Description

Global Education Counselling Centre, located in Bagbazar, is currently seeking a highly qualified GTE Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in managing Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) regulations for our candidates aspiring to pursue study abroad programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting students in preparing Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) documentation for studying at universities, TAFE, and colleges abroad
  • Collaborating closely with the admission team to provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Creating and organizing various documents such as checklists, visa application forms, and submission letters
  • Managing client cases, including maintaining case notes and adhering to timelines
  • Offering SOP and GTE support to students planning to study in Australia, the UK, the US, and Canada.
  • Providing guidance and advice to international students regarding the GTE process and its requirements
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping of all GTE-related documentation and correspondence
  • Coordinating with the Department of Home Affairs, universities, and relevant organizations to ensure compliance with visa regulations and GTE requirements
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the GTE process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing GTE requirements for international students intending to study in Australia and Canada.
  • Thorough understanding of visa regulations and requirements, particularly the GTE process for Australia and Canada.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision when handling documentation and records.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
