Job Description

Tilganga City Eye Center, a leading eye clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care services, is seeking a Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Nepali, English, and Tibetan languages, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
  • Provide information to patients regarding clinic services, procedures, and policies.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance verification.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Nepali, English, and Tibetan languages preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with a desire to exceed patient expectations.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and procedures.

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates who knows Tibetan Language.
