Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team in the woodworking and carpentry industry. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in woodwork, carpentry, and overall factory equipment management. As a Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.

2. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and lead a team of factory workers, including carpenters and machine operators.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets production targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

3. Equipment Maintenance:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of woodworking machinery and other factory equipment.
• Schedule routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.

4. Safety Compliance:

• Enforce and promote safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for factory personnel.
• Investigate and address any safety incidents or concerns promptly.

5. Inventory Control:

• Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.
• Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize waste and loss.

6. Cost Management:

• Monitor production costs and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cost-effective strategies.
