• Three years of experience in the field of counseling and experience in team management and supervision 
• Working knowledge of education system and polices of India 
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals 
• Should be reliable, responsible, and dependable and fulfill obligations.
• Should possess good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Should possess strong problem solving skills to deal with disputes, grievances and staffing problems
• Administer and coordinate in corporate events and team building activities
• Should possess outstanding capability to handle the department
• Should be good team player and have leadership skill
• Smart, pleasing personality with excellent fluency in English
• Excellent public speaking, presentation and writing skills
